Yes! At Wahid Beauty Co., we are proud to offer cruelty-free beauty. None of our products or their ingredients are tested on animals.

Absolutely. We believe beauty is for everyone. Our products are suitable for all skin types (dry, oily, sensitive, combination) and are inclusive of every skin tone.

At the moment, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding worldwide soon!

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7-15 business days because it is an internationally sourced shipping method.

If your package is damaged or an item is missing, please contact us immediately after delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are issued after the item is picked up and confirmed, typically within 7–15 business days.

Valid reasons for return include:

  • Damaged or broken item delivered
  • Wrong item sent
  • Missing product in the package

To initiate a return, simply email us at officialwahidbeauty@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo/video of the product, and the issue. Our support team will guide you through the return process promptly.

Note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or delayed delivery reasons due to courier processing.

Once your order is placed, you will receive regular updates via email with the tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment until it arrives.

Unfortunately, returns are not accepted once the seal is broken, even in case of allergic reactions. We recommend checking the ingredients list before ordering to avoid any sensitivity.

We currently accept secure payments through PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance or pay with debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal checkout.

If your package is damaged or missing an item, contact us right after delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a valid reason. We'll review and respond promptly.
