Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! At Wahid Beauty Co., we are proud to offer cruelty-free beauty. None our products or their ingredients are tested on animals.
Do you offer products for all skin types and tones?
Absolutely. We believe beauty is for everyone. Our products are suitable for all skin types (dry, oily, sensitive, combination) and are inclusive of every skin tone.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within the United States, but we’re working on expanding worldwide soon!
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7-15 business days because it is Internationally Shipping method.
What is your return policy?
If your package is damaged, item is missing, contact us immediately after delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued after item pickup and confirmation, typically within 7–15 business days.

To initiate a return, simply email us at officialwahidbeauty@gmail.com with your order number, a clear photo/video of the product, and the issue. Our support team will guide you through the return process promptly.
Note: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or delayed delivery reasons due to courier processing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive regular updates via email with the tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to follow your shipment until it arrives.
Can I return a product if I have an allergic reaction?
Unfortunately, returns are not accepted once seal is broken, even in case allergic reactions. We recommend checking the ingredients list before ordering to avoid any sensitivity.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept secure payments through PayPal. You can use your PayPal balance or pay with debit and credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal checkout.
What if my package arrive damaged or missing an item?
If your package is damaged or missing an item, contact us right after delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, & a valid reason. We'll review and respond promptly.
