Return & Refund Policy

At Wahid Beauty Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to feel confident and happy with every beauty product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it better.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Items opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Return must be authorized via email before sending it back.

⚠️ We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Skincare (creams, serums, masks)
  • Face Care (moisturizers, exfoliators, toners)
  • Eye Care (eye creams, serums)
  • Lip Care (balms, scrubs, glosses)
  • Face Wash & Cleansers
  • Body Lotions (once opened)
  • Fragrances (opened or unsealed)

Note: Once a product is opened or used, it cannot be returned due to hygiene standards.

Returnable Products (Limited)

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received damaged or leaking
  • Product expired at the time of delivery

Returns Not Accepted If:

  • Product used or tested
  • Return request after 3 days of delivery
  • No proof of damage or wrong item
  • Item purchased during clearance sale or discount offer

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if required), we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, refund is processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email 📧 officialwahidbeauty@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue

We’ll resolve the issue quickly with a replacement or refund — often no return required.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are not offered. Place a new order after refund is processed.

Important Notes

  • Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Wahid Beauty Co. is not responsible for returns lost in transit; use a trackable shipping method.
  • Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet policy criteria.
